New Interface Created for Processing Books with Returnability Incentives

Diamond’s Retailer Services Website now has a custom interface for retailers to return qualifying books with returnability incentives, which will replace the standard strip-cover returns process for previous returnability incentive programs, as well as the separate affidavit documents that you received as part of the Image No Risk #1 and BOOM! Guarantee Programs.
