	UPDATE: Diamond Olive Branch Distribution Center Reopens JANUARY 13: Please be advised that Diamond’s Olive Branch Distribution Center -- closed on January 10 due to inclement weather -- has reopened. Customers are urged to continue utilizing the My Account > Shipment Tracking function on Diamond’s Retailer Services Website to obtain the most up-to-date information regarding the progress of their shipments. Please Note: Packages will not show movement until they are picked up by the carrier.

	In Case of Inclement Weather Whenever bad weather strikes, please bear in mind that UPS & LTL shipments of product may be subject to weather- and transportation-related delays. When delays are possible or confirmed, Diamond will notify affected customers via email and provide updates on the status of their shipments as information is received in hopes of minimizing any inconvenience.
